What a gem! This film has all the ingredients of a proper far-out 60's sci-fi space flick: alien human love stories, goof-ball sound effects, bimbo nurses, a drag-queen alien leader dying from leukemia, diamond thieves from Mombassa, cheesy space suits, weird robots, you name it! You could search far and wide for a movie like this and never find it anywhere else. Loved it!
